Profit With Direction Indicator

Direction Indicator is a Forex trading indicator that is very suitable for decision making Buy or sell. Direction Indicator directive indicators are used on metatrader platform 4. A direction indicator helps you know the direction of an ongoing market trend. This indicator will also warn of potential trend reversals. A direction indicator will also help you know the support and resistance of the market. A direction indicator is a combination of several other indicators. This indicator consists of a parabolic indicator sar, arrow, and zigzag. Fatal error of forex and bitcoin trading with Moving average

In the world of trading we often encounter price movements that seem irregular but actually the price movement is very regular and has a pattern. This I have already mentioned in my writing about Price Movement. But On this occasion I will discuss more detail about the Movement price with Moving average.

Why Moving Average?

Moving Average is a tool or indicator that is able to detect Trend on a Market.Moving average price often in use on forex chart. Not just in forex. In the picture above is an example of Trending Moving average. Blue line shows Tranding UP and Red Lines Shows Tranding Down. Quite easy way to read it. With a moving average trader able to determine where the price moves and a lot of traders to open a position for trading with a Moving Average guidance. I have tried Trading within 1 month or 20 days with Moving average indicator with setup trading as follows

• BUY: if the price is above Moving average.
• SELL: If Price is below Moving average

Within 20 Trading days with the Moving average indicator and the trading setup I wrote above. I get 60% profit and 40% LOSS. So I get 10% profit from capital. Try to prove yourself by looking at chart history using moving average. Surely you will be able to compare the profit with Lossnya.

If we look in more detail why the moving average often gives a false signal and gives a late signal? This is a question that is often asked in the forum. I give an example in the picture below.

In the picture above which in the red circle is the false signal that I found on the moving average indicator. So often traders are trapped in this kind of movement. Therefore traders use the oscillator indicator to detect the false signal provided by the moving average. But I think using an oscillator indicator to help the moving average is a big mistake when analyzing the chart. Why this is a big mistake. Because using an additional oscillator on a moving average will be confusing to its users. An event like this is not a weakness of the Moving Average indicator but we misapply and use it. We often forget the price movement that shows FLAT where the price is being consolidated. When the price is in a Consolidated Condition I suggest to use a larger Timefarame. Because the larger timeframe shows the real trend

This is a determination that traders should pay attention to "whether continuing or reversing direction." Traders are fooled because this is primarily in determining reversal and retrace. Let's discuss Determine the trend of reversal or continue.

Retrace

Retrace is a condition where the price moves against the trend but only for a moment, then the price will start again and continue the trend that has been formed before. Retrace generally occurs as a form of correction to the existing trend, possibly due to profit-taking short-term or trader's hesitancy will be the level of market saturation. Retrace can be an indication and a strong signal for entry positions in a continuous trend pattern.

Reversal

Reversal is a change in the price value of the whole trend. When an uptrend turns into a downtrend and vice versa, this is called a reversal.

Retrace the best position to open Position.

The retrace I call is a reversal of a small timeframe or a previous timeframe. Retrace is also the best position to determine a position. Let's look at the picture below.

At bigger Timeframe look very strong trend then good enough to do open position. But where the position to open position, retace is the answer. Let's see a bigger timeframe being Trend Up. And look at the big timeframe there is retace. Then we see in smaller timeframe then in smaller timeframe retrace in big timeframe is a reversal in small timeframe.

Then traders should be more careful to analyze forex, because many unforeseen events will occur. How to make the best open forex trading position

There are 3 steps that must be passed to make the best position forex trading that is:

1. identify trends.

2. identify Reversal and retrace.

3. identify patterns.

Identify trends.

We only see 2 price movement that is trend up or up trend and down trend or down trend. In the main trend or primary trend there is a trend that fights the direction of the main trend. Dow says the market is stirring on each timeframe at the same time. And we also know that in forex market there are some timeframe that is;

1. Timeframe M1 time 1 minute

2. Timeframe m5 time 5 minutes

3. Timeframe M15 time 15 minutes

4. Timeframe M30 time 30 minutes

5. H1 timeframe time is 1 hour

6. Timefram H4 time 4 Hours

7. Timeframe D1 time 1 day

8. Timeframe W1 Weekly time

9. Timeframe Monthly time of 1 month

Where time or time frame shows the time where the closing price is drawn with candlestick and bar at timeframe respectively. This means that according to the price position dow in each timeframe always in the same position in the same time anyway. According to the dow trend there are only two uptrend and downtrend. What about Flat Trend, what Flat also includes the trend in the market. "I also do not know ..."

Primary Trend

Primary Trend is the main source of strength in one price pegerakan indicating the direction of the real trend, generally the primary trend can last for years.

Secondary trend

Secondary trend is Trend opposite direction with direction of main trend or primary trend and last weekly to monthly range.

Uptrend

An uptrend is identified when price pegging creates a new high value, with a lower value higher than before. Generally we are more familiar with the title Higher high and Higher low. Market traits that show uptrend as:

1. The price always keeps the new highs.

2. The lowest value higher than the previous low.

3. Lowest price above the highest price.

4. Highest price below the lowest value.

Downtrend

A Downtrend is identified when price pegging creates a new new low value, with a lower value lower than before. Generally we are more familiar with the title Higher low and Higher high. Market traits that show uptrend as:

1. The price always keeps the new lows.

2. Higher value lower than previous high.

3. Highest price below the lowest price.

4. Lowest price above the highest value.

margin lavel kurang dari 500% sebelum profit. memang sangat riskan untuk trading dengan lot gajah.tapi kalau kita yakin dengan analisa kita mengapa tidak di lakukan. jadi kuncinya anda perlu membangun keyakinan dalam analisa sendiri dan harus sabar.

Indikator yang saya gunakan hanya 2 indikator trend saja yaitu MA dan BB.kedua indikator itu saling beralasi satu sama lain. dan memiliki fungsi untuk menunjukan trend serta batas atas dan batas bawah.saya sarankan untuk memahami Fungsi kedua indikator tersebut dan lihat di chart anda.

Settingan Moving average dan Bollinger band saya menggunakan settingan MA dan BB milik Master Kang Gun.Settingannya lebih realistis.karena setiap angka settinganya menunjuk pada waktu atau timeframe yang kita gunakan :

Settingan MA BB

1. H1 MA dan BB periode 24 Simple Wighted close (HLCC/4)
2. H4 MA dan BB periode 30 Simple Wighted close (HLCC/4)
3. D1 MA dan BB periode 20 Simple Wighted close (HLCC/4)
4. W1 MA dan BB periode 16 Simple Wighted close (HLCC/4)
5. Monthly MA dan BB periode 12 Simple Wighted close (HLCC/4)

Trading dengan indikator Moving average profit 100% sudah terbukti

Pada postingan sebelumnya zignalforex membahas tentang Kesalahan fatal trading forex dan bitcoin dengan moving average. kesalahan fatal menggunakan moving average sering kita jumpai pada trading system yang di share di google. kegunaan moving average itu adalah alat pendeteksi trend pada suatu harga. jadi jelas menggunakan moving average itu bukan digunakan dengan cara crossover atau saling bersilangan.banyak trader terjebak dalam metode crosover. memang crosover itu sangat mudah di gunakan tapi sangat berbahaya untuk di gunakan. biar lebih jelas saya berikan contoh 

di google saya menemukan salah satu postingan web yang membahas tentang crossover. di web tersebut membagikan formula crossover dengan setup Moving average 20 SMA dan 5 SMA. kira kira seperti gambar di bawah ini :

pada gambar di atas yang di lingkari warna hijau adalah crossover yang mendapatkan profit.dan yang di lingkari warna merah crosover yang gagal mendapatkan profit.memang crosover bisa juga mendatangkan profit bagi trading anda. tapi  trading dengan moving average dengan metode crosover itu terlalu riskan. kenapa ? karena metode crosover itu hanya mengandalkan visual perhitungan suatu indikator saja.tapi yang sebenarnya Harga Market itu tidak mengikuti indikator. justru indikator yang mengikuti harga market. 

Kelemahan Cossover dengan Moving Average :

1. Tidak memiliki acuan waktu
2. Banyak signal fake.
3. Bingung menentukan target point.
4. open posisi tidak menentu.

Keunggulan Crossover dengan Moving average :

1. Mudah di gunakan.
2. simple.

Itulah kelemahan dan keunggulan crosover moving average menurut versi zignalforex. Jadi bagaimana cara menggunakan Moving average yang sebenarnya? di positngan sebelumnya saya sudah sampaikan sedikit cara menggunakan Moving average sebenarnya. BUY jika harga di atas Moving average  dan Sell jika harga di bawah Moving average. itu lah metode sebenarnya. dan saya tambahkan sebenarnya Moving average tidak digunakan untuk open posisi. Moving average hanya untuk menunjukan trend yang sedang terjadi. jadi Moving average itu membutuhkan Indikator pembantu yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui batas atas dan batas bawah. dimana batas batas tersebut di gunakan untuk mengetahui keadaan harga yang sedang terjadi. jadi saya sarankan untuk menggunakan bollinger band. pada indikator tambahan ini yaitu Bollinger band yang memiliki batas atas dan batas bawah. jadi sangat di butuhkan sekali baagi para trader untuk trading forex atau bitcoin. karena dengan kedua indikator ini sudah cukup membantu untuk mendapatkan profit yang maksimal. 

Sebagai contoh Open posisi zignal forex. lihat pada gambar di atas. open posisi sell di harga  tertinggi dan Moving average tidak sama sekali crosover dan open posisi pada batas atas bollinger band. cukup memuaskankan bukan ?saya yakin anda akan mendapatkan profit 100% dalam beberapa open posisi dengan sell pada harga tertinggi dan buy pada harga terendah. Moving average memiliki titik jenuh untuk berbailik arah dari trend yang sedang terjadi. kemudian Bollinger band membantu menunjukan batas harga tertinggi nya. dan itulah posisi terbaik untuk open posisi sell.
